At Argo Christian Fellowship, we understand the value and importance of reaching
the "next generation" for Jesus Christ.  We believe God has called us to influence
and teach the Word of God to the children He sends us, in order to better equip them
to be better followers and leaders for Him as they grow older.
Below are the programs, details, and schedule for our children's ministry at ACF.

“Trailblazers” is our children’s church for the 3rd - 6th grade which meets during the 11:00 service hour.
Each week we will spend time worshiping, having a lesson, learning a Bible verse, and playing some games.
Part of our lessons will include using the KidMo! series.
Most KidMo! lessons run for a series of 5 weeks, with a theme, memory verse, and easy to remember anagram that is reinforced during those 5 weeks.
Also, the K - 2nd graders will be joining us at the beginning of each 11:00 hour for our worship music time before going to their own class.

To lay a strong foundation as we kick off our new program, our first 5-week series of lessons will center on the gospel.
Going along with our mountain-climber theme, our focus will be “REACH”.
In this series we will discover that REACH stands for "the Reward for Everyone who Accepts Christ is Heaven.”
Each week we will focus on one of the five key words that make up this anagram.
I look forward spending time with the ACF Trailblazers as we REACH for the mountaintop starting on our Kick Off Sunday, March 5th!

Last Sunday, February 18th, Trailblazers began a 5 week series called “Fetch.”  This series is focused on helping the kids understand how to make a world changing difference in the lives of their friends.  God challenges us to FETCH the lost through Friendship, being an Example, being Trustworthy, showing we Care, and Helping to sow the seeds of the gospel.  This will be a great series as we approach the Easter season, and will finish up just in time for our two week Easter lessons (Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday).  Hopefully the kids will FETCH their friends, and they can all enjoy Easter Sunday at ACF.  Here’s a little about what will happen that day:

When the women discovered the empty tomb on Easter morning, they couldn’t keep it to themselves.  They ran to their friends to share their joy.  “Come and See!” will be the theme of our Easter morning with the children.  During the Sunday School hour at10:00, all kids K – 6th grade will gather in the Trailblazer room for a short story time.  We will then go on a brief adventure that will have several fun surprises along the way that will help us understand more what that first Easter was like.  Toward the end of the Sunday School hour, we will have our Egg Hunt, which will be another opportunity to bring our friends along in the joy of discovery as we focus on sharing together.  During the 11:00 hour, we will have our normal Trailblazers time, starting with some Resurrection Worship songs for K – 6th grade.  K-2ndwill then go to their own class as 3rd – 6th finish their two- week video series on the purpose of Easter (don’t worry if you missed the first week, there’s plenty of review).  As we celebrate the power of the resurrected Savior, we welcome you to Come and See!
